About Our Studio

We’ve created a supportive learning environment that actively promotes efficient, mindful, and confident movement. Every session is tailored to your unique goals, helping you build strength, restore balance, and move with greater ease.

We believe that every body tells a story—and every class should meet you exactly where you are. Our highly skilled instructors specialise in biomechanics, movement analysis, and research-informed strategies to help you overcome challenges and achieve lasting results.

Our Philosophy

Each session combines Pilates and strength training to enhance body awareness, improve posture, and support overall wellbeing. With a focus on intelligent movement, we integrate both body and mind to create sustainable progress.

From Strength to Strength

Your Pilates journey is shaped by the expertise and care of your teacher. At Evolved, our instructors take time to understand your history, injuries, limitations, and aspirations. We design each session to address rehabilitation needs, retrain movement patterns, correct posture, and prevent injury—while building overall strength and conditioning.

We see not just where you are today, but the strong, resilient person you’re capable of becoming—and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Private Sessions

Private sessions give you focused one-on-one time with your instructor. They’re perfect if you are new to Pilates, managing an injury, or looking for highly personalised programming.

Small Group Sessions

Small group Studio Pilates offers the energy and support of training alongside others, while still receiving individual attention. Class sizes are kept small so your instructor can adapt and refine exercises to your body each time you attend.

What Our Clients Say

“What I like about Pilates is that it is tailored to my needs.   The aches and pains that the wear and tear of life have given me are sorted out in the exercises cleverly chosen to ease those aches, develop my strength and balance and enable pain free movement.

While I might moan and groan about splits with weights,  glute stretches and lunges it wouldn’t be a rewarding session without them.  For over 20 years Pilates has kept me upright, strong and still willing to take on the challenge of new exercises the experienced instructors, Jo, Kate and Julia continue to find for me to do at Evolved.
What can’t I do without – Pilates.”

Client

“I first came to Pilates on the advice of my osteopath to help with hip pain. What started as a way to manage discomfort has become an essential part of my routine—I’ve been attending classes twice a week for over three years now. It’s the only form of exercise I’ve stuck with consistently, and for good reason.

Over time, the changes have been incredible: my body feels so much stronger, my posture has improved, and I experience far less pain. Whenever a new niggle pops up, the team at Evolved help me manage it.

I keep coming back for two reasons, the amazing team at Evolved who are so knowledgeable and supportive, and because I love how strong and healthy my body feels. Honestly, I’ve never felt this good before, and that’s why Evolved Pilates is non-negotiable for me.”

“I came to Pilates after many years of being active with sport, gym, movement always being part of my life – yet finding myself increasingly fatigued, sore, and struggling with everyday functional movement.

Living with hypermobility, I noticed that despite being “strong,” my body often didn’t feel coordinated, supported, or reliable. I knew my body well enough to recognise that I needed something more tailored, an approach that understood both my strengths and my vulnerabilities, and that could help me build real, embodied confidence rather than pushing through.”
