Each class addresses biomechanics, effective mechanical strategies, ongoing movement analysis, retraining and education to promote body awareness, optimal posture alignment and health and wellbeing. Our teachers take the time to understand your history, injuries and goals, it allows us to craft each of your sessions to maximise the benefits for you. We base our sessions on current research, and use Pilates to enable intelligent movement integrating body and mind.
