Pilates Springboard Snapshot
Pilates Springboard classes bring a new challenge of spring resistance to a pilates mat workout. Different spring tensions are used to strengthen limbs and provide an extra dimension to core stability. Standing postural work and functional movement patterns are a large part of these classes.
Class size is limited to eight participants. Pilates experience in either studio classes or mat classes is a prerequisite. If you are interested please speak to your instructor or call us to discuss.
