In Studio Pilates Classes
These classes are tailored to each individual with a maximum four clients
All clients have an initial assessment to discuss individual needs which then results in your program for future sessions. Classes are pitched at your level and our instructor works personally with you to address your goals, imbalances, aches and pains. Because our class sizes are small, this ensures attention to detail and constant communication and correction.
You’ll benefit from our fully equipped studio with reformers, trapeze table, ladder barrel, small arcs and other useful apparatus

What to expect:
- Maximum number of eight participants per class
Spring and Mat Combo
Springboard and Mat Combo classes bring a new level to any Pilates mat session adding variety and challenge. Our springboards allow for different spring tensions to be used in the repertoire of exercises that strengthen limbs and provide an extra dimension to enhancing core stability. Standing postural work and functional movement patterns are integral to these classes, with springs resisting and assisting movement.
These classes are not suitable for clients who are pregnant or injured.

Online Mat Class via Zoom
Online Mat Classes are ideal for those who enjoy the convenience and flexibility of joining classes from home.
Our experienced teachers will guide you through a well paced Pilates class using minimal equipment to leave you feeling supple and strong
