The Evolved Exercise of the Week Episode 7: Prone Shoulder Shrugs and Swimming
Welcome to our video series, the Evolved Pilates Exercise of the Week. Our focus this week is on Shoulder Shrugs and Swimming. These are excellent exercises to help to promote back extensor strength, core stability and glute strength.
Upper back stabilisers and glute work are excellent to help to provide stability and strength through the posterior (back) chain of the body integral for walking, running and connecting the left side of the body to the right.
