We recently ran a client workshop focussed on feet. Do you experience foot or calf cramps? Do you want to improve your balance? or are you just interested in learning more?

Practising foot work and some different toe exercises in classes with people led to lots of interesting discussions and was the springboard to creating this workshop. We worked on foot mobility, stability and strength. It had lots of great feedback so I’ve decided to share the workshop notes.
