Choose from either Strength, Mums and Bubs or Springboard and Mat Combo classes. The programming will be progressive over 5 weeks, and specifically designed by our experienced teachers.

Springboard and Mat Combo with Bec Thursday 5:30pm

Strength with Jo 11am Friday

 

Investment:
